What the recognition is — and is not

The Great Place to Work® certification is an organisational recognition. According to SRM Technologies’ announcement, it is awarded on the basis of confidential employee feedback and an independent assessment of workplace policies and initiatives, with emphasis on trust, respect, camaraderie and overall employee experience.7

It was announced during Manivannan S’s tenure as Chief Executive, and he spoke about it on the company’s behalf, noting the aim of extending the recognition across its global offices. It is not a personal award, and this archive does not present it as one.
